Notices
- Capital call and distribution notices are posted to the portal and emailed to registered contacts; notices include amount, due date, payment instructions and reference codes.
Payment confirmation
- Upload wire confirmations to the ticket or capital‑call page to speed reconciliation.
Late payments
- Late payment rules and any fees are set out in the fund LPA; notify Operations if you anticipate a delay.
Disputes
- For allocation disputes, open a Capital Call / Distribution Inquiry ticket and attach supporting evidence.
