Accessing the secure document portal (login & troubleshooting)

How to log in, recover access, and download documents from the secure investor portal.

Login steps

1. Visit the portal URL and click Sign in.
2. Enter your registered email; proceed with SSO/MFA if configured.
3. If you do not have an account, click Request Access and provide the required investor information.

Password & MFA

• Use Forgot password to reset passwords (link sent to registered email).
• If you rotate MFA devices, use recovery codes or contact Support for a verified reset.

Downloading documents

• Path: Documents > Fund > Quarter/Year → click file to download. For bundles use Download ZIP.

Troubleshooting

• If you cannot log in, confirm you are using the registered email; try password reset; still stuck — open a portal ticket with browser, OS and screenshot.

Contact Open a "Portal Access" ticket and include the email address you used to register.
